To NOT knowingly sell people software with essential features missing, only to charge them an arm and a leg for the add on once they realise it is missing.

To NOT sell people software without support, when we know very well that the software is only a tool, and it’s bookkeeping and accounts support most people really need.

To provide 100% Irish software so that information required is presented at the click of a button in the format required by Irish Revenue.

We made these decisions in good faith, and time and time again we get customers that already have previously purchased software sitting on their shelves, only to find they did not suit their purpose.

We completely understand, because we ourselves went through three different packages before developing SortMyBooks.
