		<description>Hello.. am a probable new customer and just "having a look". will ring later with my queries and so far all looks v good for me... 
i have just one suggestion for you as I notice other software providers charge a monthly fee etc.. i would feel better if i could ring you anytime after the month paid support is over if you had a premium line number so i had to pay a bit for the info.. it sounds like a great service so i'd be happy to pay
