		<description>Excellent post Aileen. I've come across numerous business owners working 60 hour weeks, in a a job disguised as a business.

Closing a "job disguised as a business" is probably the hardest thing to do for an entrepreneur ...  I've had to do it myself,

but finding a Real business to spend 60 hours a week on is far more rewarding ... I'm doing that now :)
